7. Prices; Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your www.trionadesign.com purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased on www.trionadesign.com simply return the item within 15 days of receipt for exchange . Refunds will only be issued when Goods are Damaged/Faulty in which will be fully compensated for. For Items Returned for exchange purposes in legitimate terms we will provide our fedex account number thus incurring the costs of shipping .Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Personal Care on the product as stated on the "care for label" is the responsibility of the individual and any error that occurs in this case is not the fault of www.trionadesign.com and therefore not liable to replace or refund.Please note any items personally selected - customer cannot get a refund.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products and Services
Prices are applicable in the Currency of the origin of the individual enquiring. Non EU Customers Vat i.e tax on clothing and jewelry is deducted from price shown on www.trionadesign.com. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, www.trionadesign.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.trionadesign.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. www.trionadesign.com has no charge for shipping at any point throughout an order .
