All orders are shipped using DHL Express couriers and delivery times are between 4-5 working days from date of dispatch.
IRELAND, UK & MAINLAND EUROPE
All orders are shipped using UPS courier and delivery times are between 3-4 working days from date of dispatch.
REST OF WORLD
All orders are shipped using DHL Express couriers and delivery times are between 5-6 working days from date of dispatch.
*All delivery times are dependent on products being in stock at time of purchase,
in which case you will be notified if they are out of stock. Extreme weather conditions and outside EU customs
security delays are outside our control. The delivery times above are quoted with respect to working days. Working days are Monday - Friday inclusive.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange to the same value as
paid on any products that are returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt.

The cost of postage back to our warehouse is covered by the customer. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our premises.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain jewelry items (such as earrings) due to Health and Safety.
